Someone once said united we stand and divided we fall. Christians need to band together in their search for the truth and really get down to the nuts and bolts of Christianity. How many Christians are tired of listening to nonbelievers, tear their religion apart, one verse, one page and one book at a time.
It's time to make a stand and search for the truth and we shouldn't stop, until we actually find out, which religion or religions are actually right. I'm not saying that Christianity is wrong, I'm also not saying that atheists are right, I'm interested in finding the truth and I'm tired of fighting a losing battle.
Can the truth actually be found in our religious text? Will the Bible and other holy books answer our questions? If you're reading the Bible and are inspired greatly by this book and feel that God is working through you, is he really pointing you in the right direction?
As Christians do you have the ability to separate yourself from your religion and start searching for the truth? Do we actually have the ability to keep our minds open, to understand other religions and what motivates them to stick to their beliefs, sometimes until death?
Only as a group of Christians, studying our own and other religious text with an open mind, will we be able to overturn the obstacles that have been blindsiding us for years. Religious doctrine that doesn't make sense, yet we continue to support it.
The only way that we will be able to learn, is to keep our minds open.
